Dear Don;

Thank you for your recent monetary contribution to our school to purchase the Oxford Dictionary and Thesaurus and Longman's Dictionary of Contemporary English.

The students here need lots of help with English and these two books will aid them immensely in their spelling and vocabulary.

The photos enclosed show some of our new students utilizing the library for some vocabulary research. We encourage them to look up the words that they are unfamiliar with and to try to understand what they mean.

This is a difficult task where most of our students are here because they have not passed English in high school.

I am spending lots of time teaching - English, math, trade calculations, small business development; community development work; a great deal of my time grant writing for the School, community and Archdiocese; my major project is Leadership training of Youth in the W.K. Kelloggs Foundation project (LeaRN).
