This is a very belated thank you for your grant of April 2002 in the amount of R268. I enclose receipts and photos of the many young herdsmen who profited from your generosity. Altogether, and to date, approximately 10 young men have earned a total of R800. Although it has been easy to sell the hats outside Lesotho, finding a market within Lesotho has proved more difficult.

It is my hope that the project will continue in my absence but I am unsure. What is true is that many young men now know they have a marketable skill.
