    Dear Friends of Lesotho,

I thank you for your generous M300 for our video library. We are attempting to build a video library for educational purposes, for our small business. Our small business has an audience of our students and local children.

We thank you (Rea leboha) and apologize for the delay in our response. I could find no suitable videos until a vacation trip to Durban at the end of December.

Dear Don and Friends of Lesotho,

SCHOOL PRIDE T-SHIRT PROJECT

      Thanks to your generous M300, my counterpart, 'M'e Mahlompho, and myself were able to match the funds through bake sales and raffles for our first set of thirty t-shirts for the girls of St. Mary's Home Economics School.

      The t-shirts were sold out within a day and the girls were ecstatic. There had been no t-shirts with the old logo for over five years. We ordered 30 more and they also sold out within a day. All proceeds from the sales goes to the transport fund which will benefit all the seventy plus students. Field trips to other vocational technical schools, the Katse Dam, the Morija Museum, and other beautiful places within Lesotho are scheduled for this quarter.

      Thank you again for your initial contribution to the project. The girls, as well as some of the teachers, are very proud as you can see from the photographs. They wear them many times a week.
